JAZ Concrete Construction, Inc., is more than just a concrete company - we’re a small, family-run, woman-owned business rooted in craftsmanship, community, and care. Just as we invest in our clients, we also invest in our team. Regularly sending crew members to concrete training sessions and educational seminars to help them sharpen their skills and stay up to date on the latest techniques.   • Founder & Chief Administrative Officer

    As a founder of JAZ Concrete Construction, Inc., Elizabeth brings a strong operational backbone to the company. Having grown up around concrete construction, she’s no stranger to the trade - and even enjoys jumping in on-site from time to time. But her primary role is behind the scenes, where she oversees administrative operations and day-to-day coordination. Elizabeth’s attention to detail, organization, and commitment to client satisfaction help ensure every project runs smoothly from the inside out.

  • Founder, CEO, Chief Estimator

    Jose - also known as “JAZ” - is the driving force behind JAZ Concrete Construction, Inc. With a foundation in general construction through his family’s business, Jose found his true passion in concrete - a craft he honed under the guidance of his father-in-law and mentor, Francisco Rodriguez. As CEO and Chief Estimator, Jose is often the first face clients meet, taking the time to understand their vision and provide honest, detailed estimates. He thrives on being hands-on, staying involved from the first consultation to the finishing touch. Known for his strong work ethic, technical expertise, and approachable style, Jose brings energy and excellence to every project.

  • Senior Advisor & Foreman

    With nearly 50 years of experience in the concrete industry, Francisco Rodriguez brings unmatched knowledge, skill, and legacy to JAZ Concrete Construction, Inc. As a former business owner and respected leader in the local construction community, Francisco has trained and mentored countless concrete masons - including his own son-in-law, Jose L. Alfaro Zelaya. Though officially retired, he still enjoys “playing in the mud” and remains an invaluable source of wisdom in guidance on every project. His passion for the trade and dedication to quality continue to shape the foundation of our work
